Went to Star looking for a used GMC we called about. When we got there it was sitting out front all cleaned up and ready for a test drive. That's when we met Nab Mouhrez to discuss this particular vehicle. I can't say enough about Nab and the team at Star. Nab was absolutely wonderful. She very informative about the vehicle and was extremely patient with us. We would definitely buy from Star and deal with Nab to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with this dealer! I went there looking for a new Encore to lease. Jim Burgert helped me and we went on a test drive only to find out it was out of my price range. I was talking to the manager ( Michael Silver) and Jim and they realized an Encore had just come in , but it wasn't ready yet. I looked at and returned the following week after it was cleaned and took it for a ride. I knew right away this was the car for me. After searching at many dealerships for over 9 months, STAR came through. There professionalism, knowledge and friendliness are matched by no other! Had some transmission issues with my 2015 GMC Sierra I purchased a little over a month ago even though it was an as is sale I contacted Greg Mc Cahill the sales manager explained my situation and he had me bring it back to have their service department take a look at it unfortunately I was contacted by Matt in the service department and was told it was a faulty torque converter which they were willing to cover some of the cost but I chose to replace the whole transmission that was Tuesday and by Friday my truck was ready to go picked up on Saturday drove back home about an hour away I am pleased to say it running great no issues once again a big Thanks to Greg in sales & Matt and the service department for your help in this matter was greatly appreciated I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle check them out looking for a car go to star

Took a random trip down to the area to look for a truck. We ended up coming across Star and I’m glad we did. When we pulled in the lot, we weren’t hassled or anything which was nice. Ralph came out to help us. I ended up getting a flat tire some how and never realized it. Priscilla helped with getting my car back, checked the tire and took care of everything on that end. We were introduced to Kyle and this guy just got it. He was a great salesman and very personable. Not once did we feel pressured or pushed. We found a truck that was everything and more we wanted. Matt, the finance director was just as awesome. Quick and easy signing documents. Had us on the road fairly quick. All in all, this dealership was awesome on every end! Everyone was great from the service department to the sales department. I highly recommend this dealership!!

Shout out to Star Cadillac Buick GMC!! A little over a month ago I bought a used Ram P/U from Eric. He was a pleasure to work with! Got me the deal I wanted with little or no effort. I financed the truck with little effort also. Love the truck, rides nice, no mechanical issues whatsoever. Fast forward to all the rain we had the last couple of weeks! My husband happened to check the back seat because we were having some issues with folding the back seats up and down. The rugs were SOAKED!!! After further investigation the headliner was soaked too! So we did what any normal person would do and drove back to Star. I spoke to Eric first, and he took me right back to service! That’s where I met Ryan! Ryan was fantastic! In a matter of minutes I had a loaner and a promise to make everything right at no charge! Ryan communicated with me the whole time they had my truck. It took a week to make sure everything was right. But I got my truck back all cleaned up and dry. It turned out that the third brake light was leaking and water was everywhere! So a great big THANK YOU to Eric and Ryan for making things right!

Went to Star in Quakertown at the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law who both own GMC vehicles from there. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Eric was so knowledgeable of the vehicles and extremely pleasant. He was more than happy to work with price and the best service contract along with working around my schedule for pick-up.
