2nd experience using the dealer to repair a faulty fuel pump in 2nd tank, 1st experience took 2 times to get right, 2nd experience same thing along with numerous days of work lost ( this is my work truck also my source of income) they had truck for a full week, never test drove etc…. Only to pick up have the same thing happen have to return loose more work and have them tell me it’s a computer.. so frustrating
Ever since I bought this vehicle in 2018, it has been the “little things” that give Star an added edge. They keep you informed throughout the service process. There’s been multiple times where I’ve had a random request and Matt has accommodated. As a working mom of 4 kids, this is so helpful.
The service department always goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, actively see what’s covered and looking into the entire vehicle’s current state. The communication is always top notch as well! It’s worth the 35 minutes to bring it there. The only dealership I fully trust.
