I had a mishap that needed attention right away. My contact was Katie and she was super! She assessed my situation gave me an estimate which was spot on. She connected the right person to repair my wheel saving me a lot of money. Coordinated the wheel repair with its installation with a new tire and got me back on the road in record time. Katie did her job with professionalism and knowledge and all the time smiling and made me feel super comfortable

This service was for a complimentary detailing on my truck due to a previous service issue. I thought it was a really great gesture to offer that. I will continue to use Star as my maintenance and service provider for my truck.

I���m a diesel tech and the only issue is I diagnosed that the nox sensor was bad due to a O ppm reading. I brought it in for the same code and your tech claimed it was a bad glow plug and I had my master tech double check my findings and came to the same conclusion. So I was a little upset I had to lose my truck for a total of 2 weeks for the same diagnosis that 2 other diesel techs came too. We just bought 2 trucks 3 months ago from Star in Quakertown and it seems I have to a little aggressive to get my point across. My final diagnosis said both sensors were bad but they informed me that sensor 2 was good .... we shall see in 30 days or so because that���s about the come back period

We made the appointment and we left the car the night before, the appointment was for 8:00AM we requested the car be finished by 2:00 PM. When I did not hear anything from you I called and at 2:15 you were just taking it into the garage to start the work. I had a 4:00 appointment. I did not get a call that the car was finished till 4:35PM. If the work could not be finshed by the time I requested I would have apreciated a phone call.
