Really surprised with the service experience this past weekend. I had scheduled initially to have my truck serviced on 9/12 then called and rescheduled to 9/19 since my daughter had a softball tournament at Veterans Park down the street. I advised I would drop my truck off in the morning then come over and pick it up as soon as it was ready. I was scheduled for an 8:15 waiting appointment which would work out great. I dropped the truck off at 0730 and put my keys in the drop box. Called around 10am to see if there was an update and was told that I would get a call back in a few minutes with an update. I called back at 10:50 and inquired again and was told my truck was in getting worked on and I would get a call back in an hour. I never received a call and called back at 1155. At this point was told I would get a call back again shortly with an update. I did get a call back a few minutes later, and it was explained that it was handled as a drop off and not a waiting appointment, they were down a tech, and he was there by himself. I understand all of the above, however just disappointed with the lack of communication internally on the service department's end. I was happy with the service on the vehicle and will be back, but will be sure to schedule during the week.
The super friendly staff made the buying experience a pleasure. I was completely satisfied and comfortable with every phase of the purchase. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of everyone at Star GMC of Quakertown.

Buying my vehicle (2020 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Duramax ) at Star Buick GMC Cadillac LLC was a very good experience. The salesman Mike Dutsch was very knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time, when it came to explaining everything about the vehicle. Up to that point, I was a die hard Ford fan, but Mike explained the differences and along with a test drive I was convinced. When it came to delivery of my new vehicle, all went extremely smooth from the finance end to the explanation of the functions within the vehicle. All in all, from the receptionist, sales and finance I would like to thanks the Star GMC team for an exceptionally pleasant experience.
