Bought my truck less than 2 years ago, it's been in for service 5 times for the 8 speed transmission. You keep telling me the vehicle isnopereting as GM intended it to. If so, I'll never buy another GMC again. Everyone who drives in my truck asks what's wrong with it. Just wish my truck would drive like every other one.

I had a great experience. I was able to have the recall done without scheduling an appointment. Matt Young was my service advisor and he was able to get my car in the shop right away and have the recall done.
Salesperson was persistent but not pushy in any way. We first met in September and I told him at that time I wasn���t interested until Spring. Over the next several months, he emailed me occasionally just to let me know he didn���t forget about me. Once I was ready to purchase a car, I reached out to him and he worked with me on several cars, new vs. used vs. ���loaner��� cars. Never pushed me one way or another. Just answered my questions, researched, and put together the best deal. The entire team went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. Special shout out to the Finance Director who went out of his way when I forgot to bring my check for the down payment when I came to pick up the car
Went in to have the transmission evaluated. Agreed not to have it fixed at this time. The owner cut me a fair deal for the diagnostic fees, but the maintenance team never put the transmission back together. When we confronted the service member Matt, he was rude and combative. Matt threaten my father with violence and manager Mike did nothing.

You better get your facts straight. My car was not in for service on 1-30-20, therefore I am unable to rate anything. But since the survey will not offer "not applicable" as a choice, I have to put something down?????
