This is the 4th Encore that I acquired @ Star either by purchase or lease. A 2015, 2016, 2019 & now the 2022. If I didn't have positive feelings about the dealership and staff, I wouldn't have returned after the 2016 Encore. Since I the first new vehicle that I purchased, I really don't recall a return to the same dealership for a vehicle of the same make. What more need I state?

When checking out noticed the invoice had the wrong oil weight listed, when questioned the service assistant immediately stated it was written up wrong, I have serious reservations about the validity of what was stated which leads me to suspect the honesty in this situation.

Star GMC in Quakertown PA tried to scam me out of $660 for a part that wasn’t needed. I have the old part as proof that it’s functional. I look forward to speaking with the owner and the service manager to get an explanation as to why they’re trying to scam their customers, and am considering going to the local news so they can do a story to forewarn anyone visiting this establishment for repairs.
