Staff was friendly and courteous, however, I sat for over an hour and a half for oil change. The vehicle is 3 months new with less than 3000 miles on it. I realize that most shops are slammed busy with end of the month , last minute state inspections. But 1.5 hours with an appointment for an oil change was a bit frustrating. This will not deter me from returning for service or recommending Star to other people. Thank you
The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable on the trucks. You should have bottled water for your customers. The parts department should have a better display of Accessories for the the vehicles.
everyone is so nice. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation (free) and though I'm glad that your garage staff is very thorough, I wasn't quite prepared for them (financially)to find things that needed attention but I do appreciate how they stay on top of things and I know how important it is to take care of a car properly. So happy that I have a dealership that is dependable.
My SUV was recently in for an inspection. While they did the inspection, they took it upon themselves to take apart other parts of the vehicle to tell us what they recommended about servicing it. We were in a couple months ago and had a suggestion of changing fluids and doing a 60,000 service which they told us they don?t normally do; it?s not needed but then at my inspection they tried to add that on and add 600$ on to it for doing it. When they shouldn?t have been looking at those parts to begin with. After picking up my car, I had a brand new windshield from two days prior (from a crack), when I pulled away I noticed stickey streaks all over my windshield that I can?t seem to get off.
