Very kind, friendly and informative staff. I did not have this experience at Star in Easton. I will never return there. Quakertown Star does not make you feel like a number. You are person and that goes a long way.
There was a minor bit of damage (tiny scratch on the mirror housing) while my truck was in service. So, why the excellent above? The service manager immediately notified me even though I probably would not have noticed until my next waxing of the truck. Then, I would have assumed that I did it. Honesty and trust is extremely important!
I do not like when I bring my vehicle in for an oil change the service department calls me and tries to sell me services to my car that with the oil change would have totaled approximately $500.00 this was the 2ND. time.
