Service Department was able to schedule both of our cars on same day and time. Requested oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, emissions for both. All work was performed as requested and in a timely manner. Waiting area was comfortable and we were supplied with cookies and a selection of hot coffee beverages. Priscilla was amazing - handled check in/out efficiently and kept us well informed of progress.

Was told my vehicle that has extremely low miles had extensive work to be done without providing proof. When we said we would go somewhere else the service tech said they weren’t comfortable with us driving it off their lot. I had the work done, but feel like it’s not an honest service department, and that my vehicle was held hostage. That’s really disappointing since we have bought our last 3 vehicles from them. I won’t bring my vehicle back for service ever again.

Eric and Justin were wonderful to work with. Eric was personable, helpful and succinct when brevity was needed. He gave me all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision without trying to withhold information or hide costs. Things were explained clearly and this helped expedite the buying process so we could get the car we wanted and needed. This is the best experience I have had at any car dealership. I highly recommend Eric and the rest of the team!
