Only issue I have is using the online appointment maker, I had a warranty issue in addition to the oil change so I had to call to inform the team of that. Also both my daughter and I have brought the car in and all information was under her name. Do you have a CRM tied to the car itself that you can handle multiple names for that cat?
Have a problem with my car they say never saw before.I have had for 2 yrs.Now they finally tell me they hear it .Need to talk to GM about it.Car was in on Sat.today is Friday have not heard anything back yet.They said they would call me Mon.well it's Fri no one has called.I have put up will this for a long time.If you say you will call me Monday then they should.
I know it wasn't a scheduled repair and it was close to the holidays, but it took 3 days to diagnose the problem and two days to get the part in. I was disappointed that no loaner cars were available and had to pay out of pocket for a ride to work each day. I know that I purchased an 8 year old used car, but I would expect less problems at least till the car is paid for. Engine failed after six months and other parts seem to need repair. I am disappointed with the way you inspect used cars and with the price of the vehicle I purchased I would expect to have less problems.
