Terrible experience. From the ���upselling��� of unnecessary procedures, to recommending oil changes at 4000 miles when the owners manual says 7500 to the disaster that happened at the most recent service where the oil system wasn���t properly sealed that ended up severely damaging my driveway. On top of that I don���t need a service advisor telling me I should have purchased an extended warranty to cover a minor repair which I now wonder if it was legitimate in the first place. I will not be returning to Star for any service or any future vehicle purchases.

I had been looking for a new truck for months with little success due to low inventory brought on by the COVID shutdown. Despite placing deposits with other dealerships to find me a vehicle I had zero success, that is until I went to Star. My sales rep and the sales manager spent the time needed to define my requirements and in less than a week found and had delivered my new truck. All without the need for an upfront deposit. I am extremely pleased with my new AT4 and the no hassle pricing that resulted in the purchase.
I have been a customer at this dealership for over 35 years, and their customer service is always the best. When I bought my new Regal, it was my first time working with Mike Dutsch, but he definitely lived up to the high standards. I was looking for certain features on my new car, and it was not easy to find. But he kept looking until he found just the car I wanted. I have recommended this dealership many times to my friends, and I would certainly recommend Mike as well.
I've always had great experiences at Star Quakertown. Recently bought a 2020 Sierra Denali at another dealer (only because Star didn't have one in stock) with an alignment problem. That dealer couldn't find the issue. Matt from Star took the time to find the issue and fix it. He was great to work with, kept me in the loop, and knows diesel trucks.
Kind of disapointed, due to the fact that dealer would not put a newer inspection sticker on the vehicle that I bought that was due to expire in a few months. Also I had asked a discount on a set of running boards that I wanted to install myself, and that all they gave me a $5 discount.And that I bought the extended warrante,for 10 years, I was not told there was a 70,000 mile limit. Otherwise,I'm very satisfied with the truck, since my last truck was a 2007 GMC Canyon!

Took my truck in for state inspection and the service manage was rude as he has been every time I have gone in for service. The service writers were good. I understand my tires stuck outside my fenders but the service manager mark told me since I would Not let the dealer do warranty work he would fail my truck due to my tires. He then told me to put my stock rims and tires on and he would pass the inspection. I did that in the parking lot and the manager told me to come back next week he was to busy. The service writer told me after the manager walked away he would have it done first thing in the morning. Overall I would not take my truck back just because of the service manager mark I would rather take my truck somewhere else because of him.
Mike Dutsch was very welcoming and very helpful with any questions we may have had. I would definitely ���use��� Mike again for my next car. In the near future my husband will be looking to buy a pickup truck and I���m sure he will have Mike help him.
had oil change, tires rotated, and state insepection, first of all if i was to wait i would been there for 7 hours, i just put on new wiper blades they told me they will have to be replaced, $50.00 to rotate tires, i brought 3 cars there and this is what they do, overcharge me, i do not think i will be coming back
