Brought my truck in Tuesday October 29th they said everything passed inspection they recommended me changing the front brakes sometime by Friday my brakes were grinding and I had to replace the rotors on the front not very happy because they told me everything was fine for inspection I will never take my truck back there for service again I don't care about the free inspection I will take it somewhere else plus I just bought the truck there a 2016 GMC Sahara it should have been looked over a lot better than it was so yes I am not happy and I will never come back

Service was great, Lori was my advisor, she was very cheerful and explained everything fully. Jason Stoudt was my technician and and he showed me how to operate my remote start. I was very happy with my service.
Had several items to be done. State inspection, tire rotation, one tire replacement, and oil change were performed as expected. The detailing job looks great...except all four aluminum alloy wheels were damaged in the pressure washing process. The dealership has contacted GM for warranty replacements which will take place sometime in the near future assuming the GM strike has not affected the availability of parts.
I got a quote to program a new remote over the phone for $60.00 I provided the new OEM remote and They did recall work on the break system when i went to the dealship to pick up my truck they handed me a bill for $80.00 I Asked what was the extra cost and the service guy told me that was the cost, nothing he could do... I was livid, the old bait and switch deal... I paid the girl at the desk and walked out. they should be ashamed of themselves I will not go back I paid 50k for a truck and they do that to me some service I also brought the protection plan for the wheels and tires I have 3 rims that have beed road damaged I took them back For the repair they took picture and told me they would show the repair guy . that was 3 months ago when i took the truck in for the programing and recall work i inquired about the rim repairs the same tech told me they only fix rims on Thursday's so I said that's fine lets schedule it . Can we set it up so I get a loaner car so i can go to work ill drop it off he told me they don't do that for repair work . So i guess i need to take a day off of my job to get the warranty work done.. that's nonsense ! That was never discussed at the time of sale of the extended warranty including the tire and rim package ... I am very disappointed with the service to say the least...
