The service was great. The only issue that concerned me was the lack of consistent mask wearing by Star employees. Employees were observed in close proximity to each other without masks. An employee (from the showroom area) also walked to the customer waiting area without any mask. In my place of employment there is a strict mask policy. Employees are allowed to remove their mask at their workstation / desk but must "mask up" when someone visits or they leave their area. You should review your Covid policy to ensure compliance with CDC recommendations.
It was a good experience. Process was very low pressure and straightforward all the way through. The only complaint would be that the truck was delivered with the diesel fuel additive tank very low and a couple of nice GMC keychains would be nice when buying a $70K truck instead of the dealer inventory tags.
I typically don't complete surveys like this but I feel compelled to do this one based on the wonderful experience I had with Kate in service. From the minute I stepped into the dealership, I knew that I could count on Kate to look out for my best interests. Getting cars serviced at a dealership has had a negative connotation for as long as I can remember. If you hire more people like Kate, that stigma will quickly become a distant memory.
I was please that the price I paid was less then the original price quoted to me. However I was not happy about the shuttle pick up. I know it's a curtesy, but I was specific about being picked up a 8 am so I could get to work. I even called to confirm at 7:45am but didn't get picked up until 8:40 causing me to be 30 minutes late for my patient and lost 3 visits.
I had a good experience. Kyle was great as my sales person. The hardest part was finding the exact truck I wanted. That's not the dealerships fault. GMC should have more inventory ready when they are going to run large discounts like employee pricing for all or allow custom orders and lock in the pricing with a deposit.
Cody salesman was up front and honest.His expertise on purchasing/ leasing vehicle and knowledge of GMC truck that fit my need is what had me sold.I live in Toms River NJ I have 4 dealers within 20mile radius trust me I spoke with them all are a bunch of salesman. But Cody took the time out and explained every option I had.I will say he was a pleasure to work with.I rate my sale with him in my top 3 and I had purchased over 12 new vehicles in my time.Thank you
