The experience was good. We had running boards installed on our Buick Enclave and the service department staff was both friendly and professional. They installed the running boards within the expected time frame. They were also very accommodating. Due to a doctor's appointment which ran late, we had no time to eat lunch before our service appoint-ment. Star Buick was kind enough to take us to a diner and pick us back up!
Our experience from the owner to the detail man was a very positive one! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Our sales consultant, Paveet Bali, and his superior, Mike Silver, were tremendous. Nothing was a problem for either of them. Paveet went out of his way to please us. He brought up 4 different encores for us to inspect and test, while Mike worked tirelessly on the paperwork. This made it easier for my wife to compare and contrast the differences and this helped us make a good decision. We have purchased four vehicles from Star, but this was the most positive and rewarding one yet! Thank you!
I had a major issue with my Silverado. Even though I knew I had purchased the extended warranty, I had my doubts. The service Department team was phenomenal. Had a overheating problem scheduled me in quickly diagnosed problem and found something else that needed attention called to authorize repair and had everything done by end of the day saved me money under warranty. Service department on the ball!
