When I have an appointment, I expect that my vehicle at least be looked at and I be communicated with the same day. When asked if I needed the vehicle back that day I said no (because we didn't need it the rest of that day.) i NEVER gave permission to be pushed back from a Friday appointment to Tuesday (the Christmas holiday was in there.) This in my mind is unacceptable. I get if it were an emergency drop off, but not with an appointment that I already waited a week to get. This in turn messed up our holiday plans because we were waiting a the vehicle to be finished. The women we were working with seemed confused about every step of the process. It's a shame because we purchased the vehicle there and never had an issue with service before.

Mistakes were made during the accounting process and I had to use three forms of payment and no apology was offered. Response to my voice messages were delayed until I contacted the GM who had someone else return my call for him. I also contacted them for a problem with the infotainment system by leaving another VM and did not receive a return phone call.

Service department is horrible. Lack of communication, lack of caring and consideration for my time and my vehicle. Appointment was made 10 days in advance and they still were not prepared to service my truck. The mechanic left greasy hand prints inside the truck, threw my things from the front passenger seat to the back (definitely not placed due to papers everywhere). Receptionist is very unpleasant and makes you feel like you are bothering her.
