Your agent Kyle Thorpe is wonderful! Very patient with an old lady. I hope he will still be at this dealership when it's time to get my next car. While I love Encore cars I don't think the designers did such a great job with this new model, making things "New and Improved" is not necessarily always good. Liked my 2017 better, but it won't stop me from getting Encores again in the future. Everyone at your dealership is great!
